Shipping
We're located just 10 km outside of Dingle town in County Kerry, Ireland nestled in a rural village. I offer worldwide delivery but have to ask you to please get in contact with me directly for orders to Non-European countries.
At DingleDrift, your satisfaction is my top priority and I'm committed to get your item shipped as soon as possible, which usually happens within 1-2 working days after purchase.
While I strive for smooth delivery, DingleDrift cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages. You always have the option to choose either tracked or insured shipping at check-out for an extra fee. In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, please reach out to me directly an we will find a solution as I do want to create a pleasant shopping experience for everyone.
If tracked delivery is choosen, a tracking number confirmation email is sent confirming your package is on its way upon shipping. Packages can be tracked through either AnPost or DPD website.
Rates and times
The exact shipping fees will get calculated at check-out, however you can find a quick range overview below:
National deliveries (including the north of Ireland) range from free delivery - €7 based on item size and weight. Expected arrival for domestic shipping is between 1-5 working days.
Deliveries within the EU range from €2.90-€65 based on travel distance, item size and weight. Expected arrival for international shipping is 7-14 working days.
Deliveries outside of the EU range from €8.05-€178 based on travel distance, item size and weight. Please get in contact with me directly or via the contact form if you want to place an order outside the EU.
Returns and Refunds
I have a14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact me via the contact form or by e-mail directly at dingledrift@gmail.com to start a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original or appropriate packaging which secures a safe delivery. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (f.e. confirmation E-Mail of purchase). Custom products such as special orders or personalized items cannot be returned.
If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once I received your parcel, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take between 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at dingledrift@gmail.com
Damages or issues
Please make sure to inspect your parcel after arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or if by chance you receive the wrong item, please reach out to me immediately. I'm here to work with you to make it right. I will personally always do my best to find a solution to any issues so please don't hesitate to get in contact.
